Distance from Fairbanks is about 15 miles.

Take the Richardson Hwy south to Dawson Rd., about 2 miles past the North Pole overpass. Dawson Rd. turns off the Richardson Hwy to the North (left) only.

On Dawson, go 2 blocks until you see Conifer Dr. on the right. Go right on Conifer Dr. and continue until you reach the stop sign at the intersection with Newby Rd. Cross Newby Rd. and continue on Conifer Dr. for about one more block. The studio is the first driveway on the right after crossing Newby Rd. It is a gray ranch style house with blue and cedar trim.

The driveway is a pull-through, and exits on Deepwoods Dr., which then connects you back to Newby Rd. about a block from Conifer Dr. To return to the highway from Deepwoods, turn right on Newby, left on Conifer, and left on Dawson. Or, (from Deepwoods again) you can turn left on Newby, right on Mistletoe, and left on Dawson.
