Watercolor Online is a great site that promotes watercolor artists. It has links to information about competions, workshops, national and regional watercolor associations. and more. One of the best resource sites I've seen.

Watercolors with Sprit by Connie Glowacki Connie is an accomplished watercolorist and instructor from Wisconsin. She offers great paintings, prints, and workshops in various places. I've had the pleasure of taking her workshops in Kona twice, and have gained much each time. She has a wonderful style of painting and teaching!

Mel Stabin is a nationally recognized watercolor artists and instructor that I've enjoyed learning from. He teaches workshops around the globe, and is charming and wonderful to work with. Check out his workshop schedule early as I'm sure it fills up quickly.

Alaska Watercolor Society a nicely constructed web site and essential resource for Alaskan watercolorists.

World of Watercolor Online An e-magazine that looks promising, with lessons and other good information although it looks like the web site is going through some management difficulty at the present. The quality of the articles looks good and I think this one's going to be a keeper.

Handprints.com is a very uncommercial site with tons of tutorials on every aspect of watercolor equipment, techniques, and color theory. There are free downloads for color wheels and other useful artist tools. Lots of text (this guy loves to write!) and a very thorough treatment of watercolor basics.
